Warranty terms and conditions:
ASHAPOWER digital power systems and solar solutions warrants ASHAPOWER products against manufacturing defects arising for a period of Two year (Twenty four months) from the date of purchase. This warranty shall be governed by the terms and conditions as mentioned below.
Any defective product will be replaced or repaired at our option free of charge within a specified period, subject to the unit being delivered at customers cost to our factory or to our authorized distributor or dealer along with the proof of purchase. i.e. duly signed and stamped warranty card or with genuine invoice or e-bill receipt. No onsite warranty is offered for any models of ASHAPOWER MPPT charge controllers under any circumstances. Warranty shall be valid only for the period as specified above irrespective of whether the said product has been in use (installed) or not in use for any reason whatsoever.
The warranty does not cover damage to the product due to
Mishandling, negligence, breakage, Transport Damage
Incorrect installation or commissioning
Unauthorized Modifications, changes, or attempted repairs
Force majeure (e.g., lightning, over voltage, storm, fire, Water)
If the device is tampered or opened by any unauthorized person, the warranty is void.
Warranty card duly stamped and signed by the dealer along with the cash invoice must be with the product sent to us. Those warranty cards /cash invoice which are tampered, not stamped and signed by the dealer will be treated as invalid.
All repairs within the warranty period, arising from manufacturing defects will be done free of charge.
Free service and replacement, if any, under the warranty period will not result in the extension of the warranty period under any circumstances.
Warranty is void if the device is used for any purpose other than specified use.
In case of a warranty claim within one month from the original invoice date, up and down shipping charges will be borne by the company.
In case of repair after one month from the date of original invoice up to one year, shipping charges to our service center should be borne by the customer. Return shipping charges after servicing will be paid by the company.
For all other warranty claims and off warranty services, shipping charges for both sides should be borne by the customer.
ASHAPOWER online shop takes approximately around 5-7 days to deliver the product to your location after you complete the order. However in extreme cases, it may take longer to ship the product. In such cases you will be intimated well in advance.
All the products sold through ASHAPOWER Shop Online are usually delivered in person by our aligned courier partners located near you or through India post. Hence, there is very little risk of product damage or any operational issue. In most of the cases, ASHAPOWER provides free delivery, however in certain cases a minimal shipping charges may apply and these would be for you to review during the checkout for purchase. Shipping Charges given in the checkout page are final and doesn’t have any hidden costs or additional charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final, and all taxes are inclusive.
Once your order is complete you will receive the Order Confirmation through email and SMS on your registered e-mail ID and phone numbers, respectively. Once it is processed you will again be intimated similarly through an email and SMS.
NB: Orders placed on website during holidays including Sundays will be dispatched only on the next working day.

Order Cancellation is allowed only till the time the order is not shipped. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.
You can cancel your order anytime, however with the following applicable charges

In case of prepaid orders with online payment (credit card/debit card/ Wallet/ bank transfers) the refund will be done in the same payment mode as originally used while placing the order.
In most of the cases the refund takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, after we process your refund request.
In case the payment mode is Cheque or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) or Cash on Delivery, you will have to send us an image of cancelled Cheque of the account in which you would wish to
receive your refund amount.

Error / Mistake in product information on our website (error in price, specification, quantity etc.)

COD order which you did not re-confirm.
Product not available.
Delivery address is out of service area
If for any reason, you want to return the product, you are free to return it at the time of delivery. However, in such return cases the cancellation rules will be applicable. The return request would need to be sent through the e-mail from your registered e-mail ID, at email@example.com, or by contacting us on our Sales Support Phone No 7594821003, 7594821007 mentioning order details being mandatory.
Your amount will be refunded back to you within 7 working days depending on the mode of payment and banks involved.
However we will have to ensure that the product has not been used by you in any way before you asked for the return. After the product delivery no return request will be entertained.
Please ensure that you check the product thoroughly at the time of delivery. You are expected not to accept the products with any physical damage, defect. You have the option of either to refuse or to accept delivery after putting the suitable remarks on the POD (Proof Of Delivery) document. In case there is no such remark about any kind of damage or defect or missing item, ASHAPOWER would be at the liberty to not to replace or refund the order.
Due to nature of our products, we discourage the returns post satisfactory product delivery. However if there is any issue in the product we will be happy to assist you with the right solution like replacement or the service as the case may be.
The replacement of the device will be 5 days from the date of purchase if required, thereafter the device will be given repaired. The replacement would be considered in the following circumstances
Product delivered was different from what you ordered (different model, size, make, specifications, etc.).All the parts of the product should be intact and in functional state.
The product delivered was damaged or defective or used.
Some parts/accessories of the products were missing.
In all above cases of product replacement, you will be provided with a fresh product. Refunds will be provided only if we are not able to provide you a replacement product.
Replacement or refund will not be issued under following conditions:
The request is made beyond the above specified time frame.
Missing original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
You have used the products or product is damaged in some way after the delivery.
Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
Any accessary or consumable item which has been used or installed.
Serial Numbers of the Products are tampered with or missing.
Beyond this time frame the Products would be repaired as per the Service and Warranty Policy.

Clear images of the product and packaging highlighting the issue
Copy of cancelled Cheque (if payment was done in COD/ Cheque / bank transfer). If cancelled Cheque is not available share account holder’s name, account number, bank name and IFSC Code of the branch
Reverse Pickup/ Self-ship: Once your return request is accepted, you will be requested to repack the product with original packing and invoice. In case reverse pickup facility is not available at your location, please ship the package to our pre-informed location by courier service. The courier charges would be reimbursed.
Product Inspection: Once the return parcel reaches our location, we will do a thorough inspection and will initiate replacement/refund only after we are satisfied with the genuineness of the return request and condition of the product. In case we find that above guidelines are not met, we will return the product back to you without replacement/refund.
Replacement/Refund: The replacement product will be shipped to you within 7 working days. If replacement can’t be provided we will refund the entire amount.
