Any disputes arising in connection with ASHAPOWER products shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Malappuram – Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder

Every ASHAPOWER Multi-voltage range solar MPPT charge controller is inspected and tested thoroughly before leaving our premises.
Every Device is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any defective unit will be replaced or repaired at our option free of charge within a specified period, subject to the unit being delivered at your cost to our factory.
The replacement of the device is possible 5 days from the date of purchase if required, thereafter the device will be given repaired.
The warranty does not cover damages defects resulting from accidents, mishandling, and misuse, spoiling in water or negligence on the part of the customer.
Warranty card duly stamped and signed by the Company / Distributor and cash invoice must be preserved along with the unit sent to the Company / Distributor.
Those warranty cards which are not stamped and signed by the Company / Distributor will be treated as invalid.
